With a career that began as a midwife and later as a key project director for the Ministry of Health, Anne brings a unique blend of care, precision, and leadership to the business. Since officially stepping into the company in 2016, after co-founding it with her late husband in 2008, Anne has led the growth of DNA’s travel division, overseeing major international clients and programs. Known for her calm leadership, sharp strategic mind, and meticulous attention to detail, she ensures every project is delivered with integrity and excellence.
Jacob Smith is Director of DNA Events & Travel, leading the business’s strategic direction and creative vision. With deep experience across event execution, partnerships, and business development, he brings fresh energy and a solutions-first mindset to every program. Recognised as the inaugural 2025 SITE Young Leader of the Year and a current SITE ANZ Board Member, Jacob is known for his ability to build strong industry partnerships and deliver client experiences that inspire and exceed expectations.

You’ll develop innovative production concepts, manage AV suppliers and technical partners, oversee production budgets and schedules, and ensure seamless onsite delivery. This role is suited to an experienced production professional with a passion for creating unforgettable event experiences.
Take ownership of delegate registrations and event communications across a portfolio of corporate events and incentive programs. You’ll build registration websites and event apps, manage attendee communications, coordinate rooming and travel requests, and ensure every delegate enjoys a seamless experience from registration through to event delivery.
